What Illmario Roofing Is

Illmario Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent roofing contractors. We do not inspect roofs. We do not do roof repair, roof replacement, or storm and hail damage repair. We offer no other roofing services.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent contractor. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with contractors in your area.

How We Get Paid

Contractors or marketing partners may pay Illmario Roofing for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether someone answers it. We may be paid even if you do not hire the contractor.

This payment does not change what a contractor charges you. You pay the contractor directly for any work you agree to. The contractor sets the price.

Contractors Stand Alone

Contractors are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Illmario Roofing. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its warranties, permits, licenses and insurance
• How it talks and behaves with you

Being connected with a contractor is not an endorsement. It is also no promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the contractor you reach depends on which contractors are in our network at that moment.

The Choice Is Yours

You never have to hire a contractor we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Get a written estimate. Compare other quotes before you decide.

About Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. We do this for quality, verification and billing.
