Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Illmario Roofing wants everyone to be able to use illmario.living, including people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about that. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as we can. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are common standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a simple page layout
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label each form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Tools or services from other companies, such as embedded features, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider in our network. Or email contact@illmario.living, and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@illmario.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
